Fixed propane tanks (and other physics objects) causing players to fall through elevators

I found a new glitch where you can hide and spawn as The hunter/Smoker in the safe room. But the door MUST be open and at least 1 survior outside. My team won like that, it was 3510 to maybe 2000 or so.
