Lol, you're so right!

When I'm CT, I try to avoid giving orders.
The Ts always go out of their way to kill you.

Usually, when a CT is killed ( In this case.. Simon ) another wont stand up and take the place of the fallen CT.

Strategy, maybe.. Works, yes.
