He's a funny dude.

When he does "spam" his mic, it's with a song, or a happy jingle.
He stops if anyone mutes him, and is very rude.

I agree they should, however when he mic spams..
there usually isn't an admin on.

When there is.. the admin doesn't give a shit and laughs.
The thing is, mic spam is a minor offense, and they don't care.

Most you can hope for is.. a mute.. MAYBE..
They won't ever KICK him or BAN him because of it.

I actually do mute him and yes we give a shit. I should just mute you every time you talk when dead then if this annoys you that much. Because when you talk when dead, it echos through my speakers and annoys me.
