tbh if you really wanna be in HH you need to play on HH server more before we decide whether you get in because as of right now we don't base getting into HH for just a hr

It's up to lvl 3's and higher. They vote on your application. If you're accepted, you're in.
Just have some patience. Many people are too lazy to vote :/
