.## is not doing his job

What the person did: There were 5 people on the server and we were all just messing around, I was talking in voice quite often with a "annoying" asian accent "example : Samuraiisruu." .## came on the server and told me to stop doing it, but i did not stop, so he gagged me, He never ungagged me even though i told him that its been 4 rounds, and he did not ungag me. Later, i was rdmed by chrisvlas, i told him in admin and sent him a pm, but he ignored me. I was then later rdmed by kylescraft, I told him, and he said something along the lines of "I'm a little bit more lenient towards rule breakers" This completely set me off, because i did not stop speaking earlier, he won't deal with me getting rdmed because i wouldnt stop talking. This is not what a staff member should present himself as.

Proof: I have screen shots of the rdms, and me asking him to do something about the rdms and ask whether or not he will deal with it.

Additional Info : I feel this is not how a staff should be, when he said "I'm a little bit more lenient towards rule breakers" it set a very bad example for this server, and shows favoritism. I know I am new to this server, and I really don't want to cause an issue among this community. But, I do have to agree with .## not doing his job. He can be a really funny guy to be around, but sometimes he is extremely rude to people on the server.

Another thing is that he often lets himself away without punishment even if he did something wrong.

(Keep in mind these are both from the same match/round)
After the round was over we( The three people that got rdmed) told him that he rdmed three people and two at the most;We continued with saying that he should slay himself, but he kinda blew it off with a " I think your wrong" attitude and carried onto the next round with out being slayed.

Like I said, I'm not trying to cause an issue, or get the "beef" between someone; I am just stating what I see and irritates me.
