Thinking of making some minor upgrades to my horrible computer..

Upgrades:

-adding an extra GB of RAM
-either changing video cards or: if possible, adding memory directly TO the video card. (mind is integrated, meaning it is taking memory straight from my RAM in order to function)

Just wondering if anyone knows the price range of these upgrades, and if anyone in Canada, yes Canada, knows a good place to get the work done.

Nvidia 460 1gb/450 1gb is good...also the new 6800 series from ati.
