tried to play css and got this error
"the item 'steam.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.
went dirrectly to exe to try and run it but when I click it, it tries to update but then says steam is currently unavailable
I want to reinstall steam as a last option so any help is apreciated.

I have to aplications in my program files -> steam called SteamNew and SteamTMP that i dont know what they are.

I would honestly just re-install CSS and Steam as a whole. It is not too much of a hassle, just make sure you make a copy of your maps folder and your models folder if you can any custom skins you do not want to lose.
