Ping = you can get used to it, i used to play with 200 and i played normal without any problems.
66tic = not a big issue, its just a little bit more laggy
Shot register = there is the problem, most people will get mad and leave anyway.

Hitboxes are gamebased, not serverbased.
Shot registration is a serverproblem ^_^

Just adding a point in case Zombie mod is picked.

I honestly consider it one of the most popular mods, or at least has potential to be, AS LONG AS the server has good settings! I would be playing zombie mod right now if I was only about to find a server that is not ruled by horrible furniture/barricade settings and bad maps.

Classic maps like lila_panic and cbble (many more of course) are fun and simple, but thats just my opinion.

How does a UK server have 100 tic when CSS no longer allows anything but 66 tic? or is this just the US?

You can mod the tick rate, but not all places will allow you to. Some are static 66, or static 100. Regardless a 66 tick is fine unless you're bad, gtfo in that case.

i guarentee if we have a regular server 99% of us wont play on it. And if we do, it will take a lot of time and promotions of the server to get it popular.
