If it was acetech theres most likely a .10% getting unbanned but it depends about the elites.

Post a good, full described notice of what you have been banned for, when, by who, full steam id, etc... next time you make a post.

As been said before there is a zero-tolerance about hacking and i highly doubt you are getting unbanned by anyone for hacking and certainly if the ban was issued by AceTech himself.
